What this website collects
The general inquiry form requests an adult’s name, email, optional phone, service interest and optional community. We use the information to respond to your inquiry. Do not include a child’s name, diagnosis, health records or detailed clinical history in this form or in chat.
Flor chat and inquiry handling
Flor is an AI assistant. After you consent, questions may be processed through the shared Flor service and its AI provider. Some general website answers can be provided without contacting the AI service. General inquiries are handled through Flor for Clover Creek Therapy when the connection is active. A saved inquiry is confirmed with a reference; an error or unavailable connection is not confirmation that the clinic received it.
Flor cannot assess a child, give individual treatment advice or confirm a booking. The clinic will explain the appropriate way to share clinical information during intake.
Website operation
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request timing. If an inquiry is submitted, the page path and non-sensitive referral information may help identify how you reached the website. We do not request sensitive health information for marketing analytics.
Your device
The chat uses a random session identifier kept for the browser tab. Inquiry retry identifiers help identify repeat submission attempts. Contact fields are not stored by this website in local storage. A browser may separately offer to remember form details according to your own settings.
